All of our boxes are 27 x 17 x 12 inches to make stacking simple and easy. There's no need to play Tetris with these boxes!

Each box has a 400 lb capacity! Rest assured, the bottom won't fall out while you are carrying it.

Yes! Our bins are cleaned and sanitized before they are delivered to your house. Please return boxes in the same condition we deliver them in.

Unfortunately we do not provide refunds or discounts for returning boxes before the designated pick-up date.

You can cancel your order within 72 hours of your drop off date with no charge. Waiting until after the 72 hour window will result in a $35 cancellation fee. 

A $25 fee will be issued for each box that is damaged or lost.
